Our training portal offers an extensive array of resources to our customers. These resources range from E-Learnings, service and operator manuals and other helpful online tools geared to maximize your experience using your Sakura instruments. Users are able to access and reference information and content on a Just-In-Time basis, making it easy and convenient to get the information that they want, when they want.

Operator Training

Operator users will need to receive permission in order to gain access rights. Please send an email request to the following email: train@sakuraus.com. Please indicate the following information in your email request:

  1. Complete spelling of your first and last name
  2. The institution, lab or hospital that your affiliated with
  3. The name of your Sales Representative
  4. The date of when you purchased your VIP 6 AI instrument
  5. The serial # of your instrument
  6. Please indicate that you are requesting access for Operator Training

Users will receive a confirmation email once access has been granted. Access of the content is good for up to 30 days and content can only be downloaded one time (1x).

At the end of the E-Learning, users will receive an assessment to complete. Successful completion of the assessment with a passing score of 8 out of 10 (80%) or better will result in receiving a certificate of completion including CEU credits for completion of the training. Users will be given up to 3 attempts to pass the assessment.

Service Training

Service users will need to receive permission in order to gain access rights. Access is currently limited to seasoned technicians only (3 or more years of experience). Once users have received access rights, they can register and access the online content. Users will have the option to purchase E-Learning training on the various instruments being offered.

Users requesting access will need to send an email request to the following email: train@sakuraus.com. Please indicate the following information in your email request:

  1. Complete spelling of your first and last name
  2. Institution or company that your affiliated with
  3. Please indicate that you are requesting access for Service Training

Users will receive a confirmation email once access has been granted. Each video purchased is good for up to 30 days and will cover step by step instructions on:

  1. Basic Operations
  2. Service Testing and Calibrations
  3. Basic Repairs
  4. Preventative Maintenance
